## Status

Relay Terminal is in pre-release. The site currently collects waitlist
signups rather than processing real purchases — "buy" and "download" actions
on relayterminal.dev are waitlist signups until launch.

## What it does

- Relay Lens — select an element in the live preview and describe what needs
  changing; the visual context and source hints route straight to an agent.
- Code + live workbench — edit files, run the app, inspect output, and
  preview desktop/tablet/phone layouts in one place.
- AI task queue — line up tasks per agent and access level, with visible
  order, turn limits, and pause/stop control.
- Review Trail — plans, file changes, commands, and test results collected
  into one reviewable, exportable record.
- Second Opinion — have a different agent examine a change in read-only mode
  before you decide what to accept.
- Git with a clear scope — inspect changes, compare diffs, save named
  versions, and preview an undo before applying it.
- Agent Network — visible handoffs and coordination between multiple AI
  agents working the same project, instead of the user relaying messages
  between them by hand.
- Crew — parallel agent lanes with isolated Git worktrees and merge review.
- Symphony — an on-device assistant that helps route and orchestrate work
  across agents.

## Editions and pricing

- Relay Terminal (paid): one-time purchase, $59, no subscription. Covers up
  to 3 of the buyer's own computers on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Every
  future update included at no extra cost; the app keeps working forever and
  is never switched off to force an upgrade.
- Relay Free: a genuinely separate, permanently free application — not a
  trial, no licence check, no account or card required. Runs one coding
  agent at a time (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or Gemini) with a real
  interactive terminal, file browser/editor, and live preview. Does not
  include Agent Network, Crew, Symphony, Relay Lens, Git, databases, APIs,
  local models, or workspace recovery/plans/budgets/review controls.
